Who We Are
The Friends of Eastern Otways share a passion for conserving and appreciating this special part of Victoria. We are a diverse group of people that enjoy getting out into the park and volunteering our time to help improve this place in whatever way we can.
Since becoming an organisation in 1991 the friends have been a part of many conservation projects in the region, and have taken thousands of pictures of native and feral species in our mammal surveys.
Get Involved!
Each month we lead both conservation volunteering activities and walks throughout the park. Get in touch to join us, or sign up on Park Connect.

Explore Our Walks

There are track notes for 38 amazing walks in the eastern part of the Great Otways National Park in this website. Some of the walks even have QR codes fixed to signs along the walk to provide more detail and interest.

You can also purchase a full colour booklet containing detailed track notes for each of the walks plus a map of all the walks from Great Escape Books in Aireys Inlet, the Anglesea News & Lotto, the Angair website or by sending us a message on the Contact Us page.

We encourage you to use our track notes for each walk to discover, learn and enjoy!
